FZ6R cruising rpm....for FZ6R...with an R

What rpm do most of you cruise in your FZ6R? I'm usually at 5k. Anything higher than that and it seems like I'm pressing the engine too hard to just be cruising at constant speed. You think it's a big deal?

I agree - 5K seems like a good spot for crusing (not on the highway of course!)

I am between 4k and 5k.. I was cursing in 6th like the owners manual told me and the r's were at about 3k, then I got put in my place on here, now I stay in 3rd or 4th depending on speed limit

Fort Bliss and Biggs Army Air Field where the fastest you can go on either post/base is 35...god i looooooove the army :shakehead:

Between 4-5k, except on the highway around 7k'ish

as said before i cruise between 5k and 6k in 3rd or 4th on locals or 7k-8k on highways
