This is a spare helmet that I hardly ever wear. As such, it still looks, feels, and smells new. Never been dropped or mis-handled in anyway. I bought it a year ago to keep as a backup. But, now since I'm looking at buying another helmet, I decided to sell this one while it's still new. (My primary helmet is an HJC IS-16.)
The HJC CL-15 precedes the HJC CL-16. So, the specs are more or less similar. It is both DOT and SNELL certified. Untitled Document
Size-wise, HJC's size chart says it's for head sizes 53-54 cm or 20 7/8 - 21 1/4 inches. Untitled Document
I fall right in between a XS and S. So, due to the minor inconsistencies with helmets, sometimes XS fits me perfect. But, sometimes S is more comfortable. It all depends. For example, the HJC IS-16 in XS fits me perfectly. This HJC CL-15 fits me, but it's slightly tighter fit and less comfortable than the IS-16.
I still have the stickers, tags, owners manual, and I'll ship it in an original HJC box. Again, this is a great looking helmet and in "like new" condition.
