Fairing decals

I'm just wondering if anyone that has a 2012 Raven has removed the fairing decals without covering the tank graphics or something. I want to know how it will look without the decals but keeping the tank the way it is... Any pics would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

I was thinking about doing the same. My brother is an auto-body tech, was going to have him do it for me... Still not sure yet though.

When I first got it I was about to but then the RED grew on me so Im embracing it and adding red mods here and there as budget allows..

If you do remove them, painting the tank should not be too expensive

Its not the red that is the problem its the cheesy nature of the decal. My copper bike had the same decal and the c olor it brought to the bike was good but i just couldnt deal with the design of it. Very generic and chessy. They couldve done something more classic and tastful imo.

Well I wanted to do it because the red looks a little less red for me. It looks too pinkish. Not actually pink but it doesn't have the deep red I would've liked. I'm gonna keep with the red theme but just not that red. I already painted my calipers red like this:
