Has anyone ever run a buell muffler on an FZ6R?
I've searched and can't find anything.
Just curious since it's also under the bike you'd think the muffler length would work. I know there are 600cc buell blast (bored). So Maybe aftermarket for a 500cc Blast like Jardine?
Looks short enough just wondering if it's been done/researched?

Here's a pic for example:

Good idea, but can't run our mufflers there. Our collector comes too far back. I'm no engineer, but I think you'd have to have a SUPER short muffler and/or reweld how the 4 pipes of the manifold come together to shorten them.
^^^ (btw, maybe not true. Just what I think not being next to my bike)

And what if you get gas or oil blowby in your exhaust? You're blasting that right onto your rear tire and can make it slick.

Just a few thoughts

Like he said not being near the bike it's more of a discussion than fact.
Wish we had a fairly cheap alternative for exhaust.

Marthy prices are best around, both quality and value!

There aren't any cheapie Chinese products that compare of either of those levels!
IMO At the end of the day, you gotta pay someone for their time & efforts to make something.
