Engine buzzing on FZ6R?

I have about 450 miles on my FZ6R and recently noticed that there is a slight buzzing around 3000rpms and then it goes away as you pass that point. I never noticed it before, but I wasn't really paying attention. Anyone else have this? Could it be the tinted windshield because I noticed it after installing the windshield and seat cowl.

I think I've heard similar noises and I think it's normal. First couple weeks it seemed to me that everytime I rode the R it made a different noise. This is both of our first bikes so I am sure someone will chime in with some real knowledge

I noted something of the like at 3k but only when in a higher gear. At first I thought I was lugging the engine but after my first service it is gone.

never noticed a buzzing on my bike. then again the sound of my giggling could be drowning it out.

Haven't noticed any, some transmission whine but that's normal. This is the smoothest engine I've ever had.
