i dropped my bike tonight i was at a friends house leaving no one was around thankfully i got a massive leg cramp in my left leg so i stop while im trying to put my legs down my jeans get caught on the pegs and then down i go thankfully no damage other than my clutch lever being bent but i was pretty pissed at myself thankfully my friend likes to fuck with my passenger pegs so that might have saved a little and the rubber signals probably helped too i have been looking forward to changing my levers though time to get some red ones

sounds like you and i both had close calls last night! thank god there wasnt any damage to your bike glad your alright.

i came within a foot of being pegged by an 8 point deer last night in my car on the way home from my best friends house....if i wouldnt have sped up to abut 80 it would have slammed right into my passenger side door, im glad i was in the left lane and not the right or it woulda been a head on collision with that massive beast. scared the shit outa me but lucky enough i over came instinct instead of panicking and braking i sped up to dodge that bastard

Glad it didn't mess up the bike too much. I dropped mine this summer and it was while moving it up onto a sidewalk/patio area in front of where I used to work so the front tire was higher than the rear when the kickstand (which I stupidly left down as I pushed it by hand) dug into the patio and jerked it out of my hands and over she went on the right side.

Even though I have sliders it tiped over so far that it scuffed the textured plastics that wrap around the side from the "air scoops." As well as scuffing up the grab bar on the back. Those were the only things that weren't easily buffed out or fixed with a Sharpie.

I ripped a brand new pair of nursing scrubs at a stop sign. They caught but there was no way my bike was going down. So I ripped through the scrubs lol. That prolly wouldn't happen in my riding pants though. Now I frog leg when i stop
