Some great shots there diluted. You definitely have an eye for a good composition, and I see you playing around with cropping. I like the long narrow pics myself.
Thanks! I got ripped on another forum for a couple of not so great pics I probably shouldn't have posted. Commented on the composition and lack of subject matter (it was trees and the sky). But the comments & criticism definitely helps so I'll take the good with the bad. Some great shots there diluted. Those are very cool. I need to get the tripod out and just practice around the neighborhood.I did a few panoramics, then stitch them together using software.
Sometimes too much angle does'nt work out so good, but you can play around with the subject
I did that on one of our roads... no tripod so you can see the stitching... but you get the idea of how awesome this road is...I did a few panoramics, then stitch them together using software.

Tilt shift stuff is awesome, I just wish the lenses didn't cost so much. Faking it just doesn't look as good50 Beautiful Examples Of Tilt-Shift Photography - Smashing Magazine
Some of these pictures are just crazy!! Something to get into if you have the gear/accessibility =]
Those are cool. I really like that effect. What about panorama with tilt shift..
ok, fake tilt shift. Not as good as the real thing though.
I took this in Cape Town, some people might recognise the mountain.
