Anyone live/been there that has any suggestions as to what to do on a 4 day adventure with the wife?

We won't have the bike so don't mention twisties =P

We'll be staying at a Hampton Inn, not sure if that matters, and we are looking for fun, energetic places with not too many people and places that are awesome for photography.

You said you've got a hotel room. Add a video camera, tripod, and some cool costumes and you've got adventure and photography all wrapped into four wild days!
