Josh I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but, if she hates the surg tech job and all the drama she endures working with other women… being an RN is no different. Is she going to finish her degree and be an RN for a little while before deciding she doesn't like it and the women are all catty? It will happen. Then you will be in more debt with more problems.
BUT then, who are you to talk about not wanting money issues with all the bikes and upgrades you do every few months.
If she is agreeable with you on all those purchases, then you should probably let her do what she wants to do with this school/job scenario.
