Clicking sound

Okay ive had enough of it...right at 4k through every gear i get a clicking noise....i found that out this morning by rolling off and on the throttle...i mean its right a 4k...any ideas

Does it do it with the bike off? As in something related to the throttle position not the engine rpm?

Can you isolate where it's coming from? Haven't heard of this before.

nope just went and tried...only when started

Might be the chain noise everyone gets. Mine starts at around 4500 rpm for every gear too.

How about if you rev just sitting in place versus driving?

I had two thoughts on my way to work...

1) I'm only below 5k when taking off, and not for very long.

2) Chain grabbing.... front fork springs settling??? If it's while moving

Other than that, I'm still not sure
