goof off works better than goo gone, i tried some goo gone on some industrial strength velcro that i had on y car windows and it did nothing, so then i tried some hairspray and it did nothing.... so then i used professional strength goof off and it took the goo off of the window almost instantly i had to apply it a few times to get all of the residue off but in the end it cleaned everything up ( an this was on my tinted windows on the inside where the tint is) didn't do any damage to the tint so yeah im happy with those results...

I've used this for years on everything. safe on clear coat but will even get off linoleum adhesive.
