Bent Shift Linkage?

So I cleaned my chain this morning and noticed that the ball joint? that connects the shift lever to the solid rod looked bent. I have 4 pictures to show ya what I mean. I took 2 from top and 2 from bottom. The bike has been down once, year ago, so wondering if it was bent then. If anyone could take a look at theirs and compare I would appreciate it.

It looks offcenter but not bent, I'll take a look at my bike in a min

your linkage looks straight and if you talking about the ball joint it swivels
