You can on sundays they're also unrestricted roads, so you can go as fast as you dare through some sections.

Sadly though, you only need to youtube for 5 seconds and see idiots plowing into farm houses and off of the mountain.

I would bet their contracts don't allow it. Imagine what would happen at Honda if Stoner died or was badly injured.
