:confused:A LAMS bike is any bike under 150Kw per tonne. Well, the FZ6R has only 58Kw per tonne, if it gets derestricted how many Kw would have?

I'm not certain you have that right. 58 kw is 78 hp which is the power of the US fz6r and the australian xj6 (non Lams)

I think the restricted Fz6 is 25 kw. Fitting easily into the power to weight Lams rules. The Fz6r is roughly 200 kgs - one fifth of a tonne (I think).:)

I read somewhere (I could be wrong)that the LAMS FZ6R in Aussieland was rated at about 38 H.P. (ofcourse this is with the throttle restricted)
