2012 models have built in shift light and lap timer???

I was just reading an article about the 2012 FZ6R on topspeed.com. When talking about this years model the article stated, "The bike also has a built-in lap timer that’s controlled by a right-handlebar switch; there’s also a multi-function digital and analog instrumentation that includes a programmable shift light..." Is this true or an error in the article? If its true, do the other model years have this function as well? It would be neat to use! Link below.

I think someone should have proof read this article first. This bike definitly does not have a delta box aluminum frame, so I think some of the items you're asking about aren't there either.

Yes, the model numbers are the R6 model numbers. The person that wrote this must be confused.

I dont know if you noticed but the specs on topspeed say it has a 180 rear tire as well!
