juice box pro

Hello guys. I've recently ordered the juice box pro and i'm trying to understand how it works in advance... Do the adjustments directly on the device (Is that what "on the fly" means anyway?) appear on the Tune software chart? Lets say i make some changes on the zero map directly on the device...

Just like the title says. I'm building a custom exhaust and need some fuel management. Prices are negotiable, let me know what you've got!
