If I bought the full assembly from Yamaha would i need anything special to mount it?

I just bought an fz6r. After riding HD almost my whole life I'm kicking my self for not switching years ago to a sports bike. With that, I want some new pipes. I've been looking at 2 brothers exhaust but I keep reading about Marthy's exhaust. How do I get one? Or do I get the 2 brothers full system?
