fluid

I've had my bike a little over two years now, so it's time to change out my fluids. Can someone recommend a good brake fluid ? I've heard good things about Motul rbf600 and Amsoil. Any opinions about them ? Thanks

Does anyone follow the PERIODIC MAINTENANCE in the owners book as I was looking at it and was shocked at these things to do REPLACE SPARK PLUGS EVERY 13000 KMS AND STEERING BEARINGS REPACK AT 19000 KMS AND COOLING SYSTEM REPLACE FLUID EVERY 24 MONTHS If this is all true I'm a bad owner :zombie:

Hey guys, new here just bought a 57 FZ6 for my first bike and have today changed my brake fluid. I have searched (evidently unsuccessfully) to find out what the rubber hollow mould thing inside the rear fluid reservoir is? It attached to the cap and is like a flexible cup that sits in the fluid...
