The popping means the bike is now lean due to the new exhaust, you need to richen up the fuel. I have TBR on mine with a juicebox, and no popping.

Mirror block off plates Sorry it took me so long to reply, I posted a pic of the plates in my picture album, I am not sure of the brand, but it was not hard to make them work. I ordered mine from J&P cycles sport bike catalogue.

For the mirrors I used R6 block off plates, and I put a folding mirror on the left side of my handlebar, it folds completely out of the way when not needed.
