Read this article today and it brings me to my question...knowing a lot of riders here have aftermarket exhausts, how many of you have had conflicts with neighbors or police regarding your pipes? At what point does the old mantra "loud pipes save lives" become "loud pipes risk rights?"...

I had my mind dead set on the FZ6R, and have been saving up for a used 6R for the last few months, reaching 50% of my financial goal for the purchase of bike and necessary gear. I thought that a FZ6R with it's more mild state of tune, ideal ergonomics, and nimble handling would be a great first...

I know I'm just a newbie who still need to earn his stripes, but am I the only one who's a little miffed Yamaha stiffed us on colors for 2012 and foresee-ably 2013? I hope I'm not repeating an old thread...looked around for one to put my two cents in but no dice:p
