+1... you only need the 02 sensor if you don't have a piggy back module (ie. Power commander, juice box, etx...)

Maybe lower it a bit and put the sliders on it for sure. Make her as comfortable on the bike as possible, and she'll have a much better time on the bike (Less chance of crashing also)

Yeah, if you get an exhaust, it will help with the fuel mapping. Otherwise, its a waist of $$

Id say find a good painter and have it repaired. colorite can ship you the exact matching paint for your bike.
