Targa Fender Eliminator for FZ6R 09

Well, the way I understand it is the issue is really about the fender itself - though the reflectors are part of the issue as well. The law states you have to have a fender (at least in CA) - so even if you add the reflectors (Federal law, I believe, states you have to have 2 red reflectors on...

Finally got my an exhaust (TBR/Carbon) - mounting question though??

It sounds great - no two ways about it - just quieter than without. And definitely louder than stock!

Finally got my an exhaust (TBR/Carbon) - mounting question though??

TBR has a new silencer - the p1-x which will take it down about 7dbs without a loss of power - got one for mine and it works great. I was a little worried about driving around town and being so loud. It also seems to have increased the backpressure a bit and given back some of the low end torque...

    Great ride info site

I posted this in another thread, but since it applies mostly to California and the West Coast, thought I'd post it here. Great stuff (used it to go on a great ride today!)! California Motorcycle Roads & Tours - 400 Best Rides & Maps, 3000+ Pics

    Best ride I've ever had!

I found this site - though haven't checked it out completely - that has a lot of great suggestions for rides. These are mostly in California, but also has links to other rides throughout the country. There's a small subscription price ($20/yr I think), but he offers a couple of samples of what...

    PC-V Map

With a laptop you can download the PC map which will show the Commander settings. That would be interesting to look at though obviously only applicable to the PC-V. My numbers aren't nearly as high and I have the full TB, PC, K&N setup. But, for me, it does run great!

Dumping into neutral while in gear???

Used to have it happen to me btw 1st and 2nd, sometimes 3rd. Then I moved the shift lever up a bit and that allowed the lever to come all the way back down without holding up on my toe. No more sissy here!!!

    First fall

My first (of two) was many years ago. I use to park my bike under a stairwell to keep it out of the weather (no garage) and had to ride across a short stint of grass to get to the paved road. Well one day it had rained and the grass was really wet and when I came off the grass and turned onto...

TBR Exhaust & Juice Box Review

Doing the ultimate tomorrow! TBR, K&N, PC-V and dynotune! I was so impressed with the PC-V (after the initial drama) that it seemed a no-brainer to go all the way. Put the K&N in about an hour ago and can't wait to get the bike back tomorrow! Either way - PC-V or JB - you WILL notice an...

    Better than goo gone?

Something I've used for many years which will dissolve adhesive is Bestine Rubber Cement Thinner. This not only remove residual adhesive, but can be used to lift the appliance off. I have also found that it won't damage the surface. You can probably get it from any crafts store.
