Well, the way I understand it is the issue is really about the fender itself - though the reflectors are part of the issue as well. The law states you have to have a fender (at least in CA) - so even if you add the reflectors (Federal law, I believe, states you have to have 2 red reflectors on...

It sounds great - no two ways about it - just quieter than without. And definitely louder than stock!

TBR has a new silencer - the p1-x which will take it down about 7dbs without a loss of power - got one for mine and it works great. I was a little worried about driving around town and being so loud. It also seems to have increased the backpressure a bit and given back some of the low end torque...

With a laptop you can download the PC map which will show the Commander settings. That would be interesting to look at though obviously only applicable to the PC-V. My numbers aren't nearly as high and I have the full TB, PC, K&N setup. But, for me, it does run great!

Used to have it happen to me btw 1st and 2nd, sometimes 3rd. Then I moved the shift lever up a bit and that allowed the lever to come all the way back down without holding up on my toe. No more sissy here!!!

Something I've used for many years which will dissolve adhesive is Bestine Rubber Cement Thinner. This not only remove residual adhesive, but can be used to lift the appliance off. I have also found that it won't damage the surface. You can probably get it from any crafts store.
