    My new track bike :D

First let me start by saying: THANK YOU Cali_Rider for the hookup! John told me about this bike last weekend, I went to check it out earlier this week, and we are picking it up tomorrow evening (Friday)! :cheer: It's a black & white '05 GSXR 600, with 20k miles on it. It was never laid down...

Yeah Duc kicked ass on their 09 streetfighter... I think the Monster line is going to lose a lot of customers! I love the fact that more and more manufacturers are less and less shy about doing aggressive factory streetfighters... they are realizing the market is getting bigger and bigger...

Trackday High Res pics - Buttonwillow - 12/6/08

Well the Buell will go 135mph, probably even a bit more, but when I hit 110mph is where a lot of liter ss bikes will pass me in pure acceleration... from 110 to 130 is not bad, but not enough against the big guns and their almost endless rpm range :) And yes, they let you pick your group... but...

Thanks :) Well it's difficult to compare my bike with others since I think it's mainly about rider skills, especially in group C where the skill range is wide (yes, it was awesome to pass ppl on 1000RR, liter Gixxers etc...), but I feel like the Buell can easily keep up with the 1000cc...

I absolutely LOVE the Buell!!! It is very comfy, I really like the v-twin feel, and it fits me like a glove :) Maintenance costs: I do my oil/filter changes myself, so costs are very low. It is VERY easy to access both the engine and tranny oil, along with the oil filter, so changes are a...

just sweet talk :D I made a point not to think about the knee on that day... some ppl seem to consider that putting a knee down is an achievement in itself, but while I think it'll be fun when I do, I don't want to make it a priority when I ride... I just want it to happen as I improve my...

Trackday High Res pics - Buttonwillow - 12/6/08

Definitely big grin on my face all day... I am pretty happy with my form overall, considering it was my first time on that track, and I wanted to keep a margin for error to make sure the Buell would survive the day/// I don't really know how I look when I ride, so it's interesting too see :) I...

I agree, badwebs is running on older software, which is not that great... however, that forum has the best info, and once you get used to the format, it's not that bad :) Also, FYI they have 2 official Buell tech guys on that forum, and they help quite a lot... BTW, did you see my trackday...
