Sweet pics Wolfy, pinky looks gorgeous (you not so much lol)... My gixxer doesn't have a stand either, so I was asking John to put the rear stand on everytime I'd get off the track... after 2 sessions he told me to f off, so I had to learn how to do it by myself... it's a bit tricky to hold...

when you click on that link above, you should have a page pop up... at the bottom right, there should be a link to "save the file to pc"... save the file on your pc and open it up with your media player.

lol yep, good catch! It's not as bad as it looks really... with the seat in its original position, it's as comfy as the FZ6 (if not more). Now it's not, but hey comfort is for cagers! :D

I did not have to do anything to the seat itself, but I did have to tweak the seat locking mechanism located right under the seat (between the rear turn signals). I had to add a couple of small 1/4inch spacers to pull the mechanism back a bit. It took 3minutes and was just a matter of loosening...

That's good bro! Let us know when you do a 400 mile day on the R1 and how you feel by the end of it :D The R1 is definitely an awesome machine though... not sure what I'd do with it on the streets, but yeah, it's nice :)

Subframe spacers... see if you can spot them on the pics below :) They're a bit expensive for what they are, but I love the look... my only problem right now is the seating position, which kinda pushes the rider forward against the bars (logically since it raises the sub-frame and changes...
