Ok...don't know if anyone is following this... I ordered the top box rack from a Yamaha dealer in Vancouver, BC. I was told it would take one to two weeks because it's back ordered. Then ground shipping maybe another week. So I will post when it gets here. I hope it does not screw up the looks...

OOPS. This rack is available in Europe and Canada for the FZ6R. It fits the Yamaha/Givi topboxes. They have it listed in Canada for $199.00 (Canadian). Part number is 20S-W0736-00-00. Just wondered if anyone has ever ordered Yamaha parts out of the country and if there are any precautions. Gary

You could try a "Wrist rest" or a "Cramp Buster" both are a plastic device that attaches to the grip and gives you some leverage on the throttle. If you get to the twisties or in town you just snap it off. Or...try a throttle lock, many out there. Longest rides I do are to Laughlin and back to...
