It's taken me a bit longer than planned to get these put on, but I'm making headway. The shifter side is completely done and I started on the brake side, but I've hit a roadblock. Keep in mind, I bought mine used, so I'm crossing my fingers that I'm not missing any parts, but I haven't...

I got lucky and found a used set (with the optional passenger peg attachment) on eBay for $200 shipped. :D

Not sure on swapping out the spools, but the adapters work like a charm.

Who did you order them from? The only US supplier I've seen is PJ's Parts.

Is it a fairly straightforward process to swap them out?

Valter Moto Type 1.5 Adjustable Rearsets for Yamaha FZ6R (XJ6), PJ's Parts Has anybody ever used these before? I do more track-day riding than street riding lately and have started to drag foot pegs, which makes for a very uneasy feeling. I'm trying to get one more season out of my FZ6R...

Yes, I'm bringing this back. :thumbup: Long story short, I'm in the market for some clip-ons. Obviously the easier/less expensive route would be to go with the Woodcraft clip-ons, but I'm a bit hesitant after reading through this thread and even having a few people say it's somewhat shaky...

Hey guys, I bought my '12 FZ6R last May (2013) and recently 1st-N-2nd have been giving me issues. I've been cruising along and have had the transmission jump from 2nd and 1st back to Neutral, while other times I've had to be pretty forceful with getting the bike to move from gear to gear...

I ran into a similar problem with my '12 FZ6R, however it occured during the break-in period, so when I brought it to the dealership for the break-in maintenance I mentioned my issue...they adjusted the clutch and voila, no more problems since then.

Awesome write-up, but I've got an issue with my 2012. I wired the front blinkers for "normal" speed, and they work fine...but my rear signalss are blinking at a much faster rate, almost like a bulb is out on one of the front signals. Has anybody else experienced this before?

I pay right around $65/month for full coverage on my 2012 FZ6R in Texas. 25 year old male with no tickets or accidents (knock on wood).
