Classic symptoms of a flooded engine, although the flames are a bit extreme. Fuel is obviously getting to the motor. From now on keep the throttle wide open when cranking. That ***may*** help clear it out - if you don't set the garage on fire first...

If you've replaced your stock fork springs, the old ones are just lying around collecting dust, and you wouldn't mind getting rid of them cheap <---(key word), I'd be interested in taking them off your hands for a project I have in mind. They need to be off a 2008-2010 FZ6R and in decent shape...

Before springing for a fuel pump, check your fuel filter (although it sounds like your super trick, POS fuel cap started everything). I had a similar problem on a BMW and it turned out to be a clogged filter, which then resulted in a blown fuse that didn't look blown until I actually tested it...

If anyone with a 2010-2012 FZ6R has swapped out their stock fork springs for aftermarkets such as Race Tech, etc. and is wondering what to do with the old ones I'd be interested in buying them at the right price. (Cheap, lol.) Though not 100% sure, I think they'll work as a replacement for...

Sounds interesting. However, I suspect that you mean the oven can never be used for baking FOOD again, rather than never be used again, period. It could get pretty expensive having to buy a new oven every time you powder coat something. ;)
