Eastern Beaver H4 Single Headlight Relay Kit

Note: this harness is for when you replace the stock headlight bulb with something a lot stronger, like a 100/80 watt bulb. The stock wiring won't handle the current.

    Throttle Control, Thoughts?

No problem! Just get tired of hearing the goldwingerdingers and harley-accountants-complete-with-official-motor-company-butchie-boy-concho-chaps talk about long distance in terms of visiting a dairy queen two counties over. :banghead:

    Throttle Control, Thoughts?

I question your assertion that you've "done long distance riding". I completed 3 Iron Butt Rallies (97, 99, 01), 9,000+ miles in 11 days each, finishing with 2 golds and a silver. I use a throttlemeister.

Eastern Beaver H4 Single Headlight Relay Kit

Had on my FZ6R (has a dual filament single bulb). Need a different harness for my NT (single filament dual bulbs). $25 paypal, will ship to US address, includes priority mail (small if-it-fits-it-ships box). It is the exact one shown on this page, with fairing mount option. Looks like new as...

Blah, blah, blah. :bitchslap: The FZ6R Forum BOTM should be limited to FZ6Rs. What is so complicated about that? Bob

Help, 2012 fz6r oil change what are the product #'s

I use the Fram PH6017A that I pick up at Wally World (along with Rotella T6 synthetic oil). As long as they meet the factory engineering requirements, I'm pretty much a happy camper (though I do splurge on the synthetic - $19.99 for 4 quarts). Bob

    Finance question!

It depends upon the lender. The slimier will apply the extra payments to interest, the less slimy (or regulated) will apply the extra payments to principal. Best advice is to call your lender. And remember how this feels next time you feel tempted to "sign on the line" Bob

    To the not-so-young riders

How tall are you, ngengs? FWIW, I'm 55, 6'2", and cross-shopped the FZ6R with, strangely, the Triumph Thruxton. If Triumph had kept the clip-ons for the Thruxton (instead of reverting to bars), I'd be riding one instead of the FZ6R. Doubt the new bonnie would be a bad choice. Although I...

FZ6r Gets "Excellent" Performance Rating From MCN

    Stiff ride

240lbs? You should consider setting the rear spring at 5 or 6. This will make it stiffer, but less likely to bottom out when you hit the expansion joints, which is where the whack to your spine is occurring. Wear ear plugs. Stay hydrated. It is hot as hades, ladies. Bob
