Just did this install. I didn't have a hoist, managed to get it done solo using a rear swing arm stand, a jack, and two jack stands. Took about 2 hours to do it and the kickstand. Not too difficult. I agree with Scott. I have the Clip-ons and the bike lowered to 1.75" to get it work. 1.5" didn't really work due to a slight up slope on the medial side of the triple tree when lowering necessitating a need to get that last quarter inch. You will know what I mean if you go look at the bike...

I rock the Nexus tablets and love them. Vanilla is the way to go. I am still under Verizon's unlimited so can't use a Nexus phone. Maybe they will come out with CMDA access with the new Nexus 5 that is on the horizon then I can switch from my S3!
