since i dont have an owners manuel, can some one give me a step by step on how to do it, and how much it will cost to fix it?

how can i fix my turn signals and horn? they both do not work now after installing the protons, the head lights and high beams still work, so im not sure what is going on. i didnt touch the horn at all either. Please help, i want to ride my bike legally soon!!!
