This is not an official for sale thread. However, being that I am gearing up for possible trade in on my bike, I wanted to see if there was any market out there for any of the parts or mods that I have that people MIGHT be interested in. I have not decided on prices or have anything for pictures yet. If I do trade in my bike, I will remove the parts and then make a official for sale thread.

Here is what I have:
2009 Blue FZ6R left side fairing - Scratched, but not cracked - Thinking someone could take this that is interested in possibly painting it a different color, or maybe wants try out some stuff or sand down and repaint... whatever... would go relatively cheap.

MAYBE left stock mirror - very very faint scratch on it. barely noticable.

Left Bar end weight - tiny scratch on it.

Stock windscreen

Now the good stuff:

Rizoma Crankcase cover:

Rizoma Enginecase cover:

R&G Radiator Guard

Unopened - KN High Flow Air Filter

Replacement new in box Front & Rear Master Cylinder internal parts
Forget the frequency but these are supposed to be replaced every few years.

I think I saw you the other day near maple lake when I was on my harley. I had brooke with, I want to say it was sunday on a backroad between maple lake and monticello. free bump for a great guy

Ninja 1k?????????????????????????

VERY VERY LIKELY!!
I am doing a final test ride this friday again on the Ninja 1k AND the FJR.. They are letting me ride both again to see if I want to jump on the Ninja now and trade in the 6R. Or if I want to keep the FZ6R and get the FJR come spring instead. -If I go Ninja, I know the FJR is out for atleast 3 years.. So going to ride home and have wife sit on both. She will have to give me HONEST opinion on when we both lose some padding, if she could handle sitting on there for say 1-2 hrs at a time... if not, then I am waiting. If so, then I will proceed. I need to order the new side fairing for my bike today or tomorrow... Will cost me like $310 for the fairing, but will give me $400 extra in value for trade, so I come out ahead by almost $100... worth it!

I would REALLY like to get my hands on the FZ1, but I am having a bear of a time finding a time to do it. The dealer that offered me a demo has 2013 - $11k basically... that is too much for me... I found a new 2012 FZ1 for $9k, I would need to get them down to atleast $8k to make a go of that AND get the same trade in as the other two dealers offered me. Then I would also need to wait until probably 2nd week of Sept to complete the deal.

The only real problem I have w/ the Ninja is that my knee pads (that I insist on wearing since my crash now - ece 2 level) make me adjust my leg kinda funny to shift, but that will probably change as I get more used to it. After just my test ride I was finding it easier to shift. I do wish I could go for a 12' model w/ ABS being I have experienced front/rear lock up before - several times... but its not required. The FZ1 would also be about $16 less per month insurance wise also.. I have also read in forums that the fairing is not anywhere near as easy to remove on the Ninja 1k as it is on the FZ6R and obviously the FZ1.

Probably was me! I have been going out on pleasure rides the last Fri/Sat/Sun mornings enjoying the bike and trying to make up my mind... INSANELY DIFFICULT!
I love cruising from County Rds 37 & 39. They are nice roads, not much tar strips at all. For the whole round trip on those roads and back home, it comes out to about a 45-50 mile ride!

I think I was wearing my black AGV Leather jacket I won from Sport Rider for letter of the month on Sunday.

I realllllly wish I had a dealer offering me the same deal you'd be getting on that ninja 1k, I would have been ALL over it.
