As of now there's no definitive timeline but the sooner we can get enough people on the list the sooner the production can start.

I just emailed them, asked what they usually did basically, and asked for the color samples I was interested in. Really easy. They replied within like 40min, very fast.

Did they just get your address and such and say they'd get them out to you? Did they give a time estimate? Just in case anyone else is interested.

I went ahead and requested material samples.

since my bike is copper, I asked for the copper carbon fiber, orange carbon fiber and both orange vinyl's.

I have a feeling the dark orange vinyl will be the closest match, but I might as well double check

I'm pretty sure it can, we aren't paying until we have 10 people and they start to make them.I'm guessing it will be a week minimum, probably more like 2 or 3.

Check out the price for the fz8's seat cover $180 total.For roughly $80, you'll save money in the long run compared to paying in full, or buying a corbin.

LOL!!! Here too.. I think I am going to do the Corbin eventually (hopefully group buy) but these seats do look REALLY nice.. Just kinda makes you want to open your pocketbook and get yourself and the bike something cool!

No I wish lol. The gel pads are kind of just a side note to the group purchase. The main reason I set this up was for the seat covers. Price post discount for the seat covers that come with both the front and rear seat is $76.50. Price for gel pads for those interested is $59.50. And again I have no first hand experience with any of their items...So the gel pads might be awesome or some may not like them I'm not sure I'm simply putting this up for everyone to make their own decision.

I sat on a Ninja 1k yesterday and fell in love! The ZX6R is way too aggressive of a position for me. Maybe moving the clipons to above the triple would help a little, but why bother at that point? SOOO... Ninja 1K or maybe a Z1000, problem is insurance sky rockets I think I'll have to wait a couple of years for the value of the Ninja 1K to go down, so insurance (specifically comprehensive) won't be as much.
