Put a silencer tip in maybe. Every "wide open" two brothers ive heard is too loud especially out on the road they just drone your head off.

She's a keeper! LOLI kinda like the new bike quiet, but my wife actually MADE ME order an exhaust. She's worried drivers won't know I'm there. Marthy Viper should get here today or tomorrow. So excited I already removed the old one

P1X is supposed to be a few decibels quieter. Yeah TBR is loud but I think you just get used to it after a bit. You sure that the TBR is the actual issue and she's not pissed about something else? Just wondering why a loud motorcycle would make someone get that upset when it's an actual safety feature.

That's the problem, she wont get the whole "loud pipe save lifes" and think that I bought the exhaust just to show off. (And.... that is the real truth).

What makes me more mad is that I decided to not trade in the bike to get new floors for the house that she is being bitching about. So I got the two brothers to make me want to keep the bike longer.
I just feel like a total tool now. So fucking pissed.
Yeah, the tips make a little difference, but if she is that bothered by it, the tip most likely isn't going to make a difference to her. I had the P1 tip, and you could hear me coming a block or two away (so said MrsFZRblack)

Since you didn't trade the bike on something she wanted she will probably give you grief about any money you spend on it from now on, or at least for a couple months or until you get the new floors.
I think what he was trying to say was that he was thinking of trading the 6R for an upgrade (Diavel if IICR) which would have cost more $$$. Instead, he kept the bike, and got her the floors for the house that she wanted. He had extra money so he got the exhaust for the 6R.
