Rear seat bag

Does anyone have a recommendation for a bag that can go over/in place of the rear seat/passenger seat? I tend to do long rides and riding with a backpack full of stuff gets annoying (I typically carry Tylenol, small first aid kit, microstart jumpstart pack, extra gloves, a couple baggies to throw my phone inside Incase it starts raining, and if I grab an extra bottle of water at a store or have a left over couple slices of pizza to bring home) plus it would be a bit safer then riding home with a pizza box [emoji23]
