#26 in this diagram. Part #26 is only the housing that is broken in your pictures, so you'd want #27-32 and #36 also all go with it if you were to buy a new housing and rebuild the assembly.

#24 and #25 in this diagram are the shaft and spring for the assembly in case there ended up being any damage to those.

I would just look around eBay or other sites for FZ6R or XJ6 clutch cable parts and assemblies. It might be a little difficult to find on its own because something like that is generally going to be left bolted up to any used engine assembly that's for sale. If you look at listings for engines that are for sale and they have it, you could always send the seller a message to see if they would be willing pull that pivot assembly off for you.

Trying to find the part number for this bent pin having trouble please help. Or can I just replace with some random hardware from Home Depot?

#22 on this diagram.

That rod goes all the way through the engine and is convex at the other end to match up with a ball bearing. It's a pretty specific piece and the price on a brand new one isn't that bad so I wouldn't bother trying to DIY it or find one used.

I think you might be able to just take the old one out and slide the new rod in, but I'd just double check it and be careful before trying it because I'm not sure if that channel the rod goes through has any holes where the ball bearing could fall through into the engine. If it feels like it can just slide out pretty easily, I'd find a way to lean the bike over toward its right side so that the ball bearing doesn't roll out of place while you swap them out.

Also, if you want a copy of the the factory service manual I'll DM you my Google Drive link I have it on.
