Making a no cut slider for the fz6r

I bought, what I thought, were some pretty nice sliders but knew since the beginning, they were not going to fit my bike. Maybe anyone out there part of the FZ6R bikers, hasen’t find a pair of good looking no cut sliders that really fit our bike. This thread could really help you out in expanding your options and getting the sliders you finally really like.

You will find all the measurements and the design to make the perfect accessory to make any sliders a no cut sliders.





The actual piece look like this :



I made it from a 3/8” STAINLESS STEEL REF 304 PLATE to assure no oxidation process in my machine and to make it stronger.

Nice fab man. So you just made the "no cut" adapter then right, not the actual sliders?
Making you own stuff is really cool to do. When I was younger I rode BMX and although I could buy a set of pegs for ~$40, I bought my own 4130 chromoly and machined and heat treated some for myself. It was a really cool experience.
