Here's what I did to make the fingers more comfortable. In my case, I have small hands. Medium gloves are usually too big, small is usually too small. Anyway, I got a pair of Joe Rocket gloves that I liked, but the fingers were tight. So I took some rolls of coins and stuffed them in the fingers and thumbs. Just choose the size (pennies, dimes, nickels, or quarters) so that it is slightly larger than your current glove finger diameter, and takes some force to put in. I left mine in for a couple weeks before riding season, and it made a huge difference in the comfort of my gloves.
