I tried using an allen wrench but the bolts were on too tight. What other options do I have?
I am trying to put on a new bracket that i ordered because the current one is partially broken where the foot peg is held.

If u got a heat gun heat up the area were the bolt is to loosen up the locktite on it... Or u need to get more leverage on the Allen wrench... Stick the tube that comes with the kit on the end of the Allen wrench to get a better grip... If that make sense... Lol

In a pinch you can use a box end wrench to give you more leverage, slide the box end (closed end) over the allen wrench, push down and it will provide more length to the allen wrench thus giving you added leverage. http://www.motoiq.com/MagazineArticles/ID/1410/Wrench-Tips-7--The-Box-End-Breaker-Bar.aspx Have done this many a times. The link shows two wrenches but will work on allen wrenches too. Found one using a allen wrench -- http://www.dirtrider.com/features/protips/141_1002_trail_tips_leverage_from_an_allen_wrench/ can be used on either end of allen wrench.
Of course, what dart1963 and nismos14 said are the best.
