Flushed and burped coolant on my 09 fz6r And I noticed cooling fan doesn't turn on and my bike over heats. i think I changed my fan relay but I heard there's a dimmer relay that's the same so I want to know where that's at. Next will be changing the fan itself

Before you change the fan, wire it to your battery and see if it runs or not. You may want to look at the coolant temperature sensor that powers the fan on, and the relay is by the passenger grab bar, right hand side sitting on the bike first. They may be cheaper than the fan. If the fan runs with power to it, the coolant temperature sensor sends a signal to ECU that powers the relay, that turns on the fan. Follow the circuit, and make sure all wires are connected as well. I assume you have already made certain your cooling system pumps coolant, the thermostat opens and radiator are all solid. If so, the bike should not overheat while you ride it, fan really only helps in slow speed, or while stopped. While you ride, I assume you see the temp rise ,and then drop when thermostat opens, ride and repeat, and the overheating is only low speed / or stopped and go?

This is great information. I'll definitely do exactly what you said. So if I'm sitting on the bike the sensor is on the right hand side near passenger grab bar? I changed the relay on the left side, the relay matches the fan relay so I must have changed the dimmer relay.. and the bike only over heats sitting in traffic due to the fan not kicking on but if I'm riding without stopping she does fine

Sounds like the issue is the fan not kicking on. You should be able to power the fan directly to test that, if you have a DVM (digital volt meter) you can test the fan relay, (I assume you have previously checked the fuse for the fan, and made certain it is good), and check all connections. That only leaves the sensor that goes to the ECU, pretty much the entire electrics for the fan, unless I am missing something. :) Your cooling system sounds solid from your description. :)
