I use e85 on my supra. Its a sub for racegas. I had to upgrade my injectors to 1200cc and get a third fuel pump. As for running e85 on my bike (fz6r) that just stupid in my opinion.

My r6 headers fit just fine. They barely touch. Took me 15 min to do the whole mod.

dont do it Never gut out your cat! Its really doesnt do much as in performance. Its better to do the R6 header mod. Also if you not worried about your oem exhaust cut it from the cat back and have a muffler shop weld on a slip on.
