Hi, the O2 sensor gives your ECU feedback on how is the fuel/air mixture after the burning. This enhances engine efficiency and reduces emissions. Again, if you're still using your stock ECU, you ought to adapt your lambda (O2) sensor in your exhaust.

I always use my power washer, though I never use it on the concentrated (or should I say laser beam) mode. And I'm extra careful not to damage the radiator. Just use common sense and you'll be alright.
Before I went to a racetrack I watched 'Twist of the Wrist II' DVD and practiced what he teaches. It is a GREAT DVD, no doubt about it.
I also recommend MOTOVUDU. It is more focused on superbikes on racetracks. The creator disagrees with some TotW's dogmas, but nevertheless it also adds a lot...
