I have the same Givi panniers:

The fitting kit for our bike is the PLXR364.
It attaches as shown here: http://www.givi.co.uk/attachfile/content/prodotti_regionali_uk/51527/0.0.1.man_plxr364.pdf
You replace the bolts on the passenger footpegs but they are still...
Oh, you may also want to know that you will need to lose the centre stand to fit this exhaust!! I miss mine when adjusting the chain :(
Also, if you want to tour, it is awkward fitting Givi pannier racks, as the exhaust is very close to the rear footpeg. I ended up having to put the bolt...
Mine doesn't have a catalyst, I figure this is just adding restriction to the pipe. The cat in these is very small and you could just take it out anyway. On the plus side, the little bit of silencer in the mid section looks like a cat to an MOT tester, and without taking it apart there is no way...
This is where I have mounted mine: http://i.imgur.com/sQnlDh.jpg
This is the horn I have, it is the horn from that kit just without the delay circuit etc, it is powered directly from the battery and on a relay.
STEBEL S.p.A. - horns
The horn itself is a stebel nautilus compact.
I have one on my XJ6F, it was a bitch to fit!!!
The only difference is they have left the stock horn on, put a delay on the loud horn, and made it pulsate.
It's loud, and has definitely stopped a couple of people pulling out in front of me!
I was massively lucky - £200 from ebay!!
It sounds LOUD and I love it, as it has a hole for the O2 sensor the bike seems to have adjusted it's own fueling too - it was originally running lean and backfiring constantly, that has now mostly gone away.
I have a mate that has been offering to...
Mine is a UK model (XJ6 Diversion F) with an arrow full system, O2 sensor is about the only difference.
Pops on deceleration when cold, fine when engine hits temp (70 degrees C).
Personally I don't care in that I like the noise/flames... Unless I am damaging something?!
I have an Arrow full system on my XJ6F.
Sounds nice and loud, runs fine.
I did increase the fuelling a bit via the ECU (hold down both buttons while turning ignition on, to get into the menus) but it ran fine before that.
While going along with no throttle (engine braking I guess) I get...
