Yes, Detrich. I completely agree. A very vicious and dangerous to all motorists. Cut people off and she could careless if you crash and die. There are number of people like this on the road and it is very sad.
Pointman1776, glad to hear that the video helps you learn from my incorrect assumption (far left lane is a passing lane). Morning/evening rush hours are usually more dangerous than other hours.
Thank you, Detrich. I am blessed to come out of the accident with no serious injuries and I am getting over the psychological effects. Would you please read my reply regarding the CHP report on page 5, and the insurance info on the thread above this one. Please feel free to ask questions if any...
Thank you, Anthony. You are correct the INS (start with the cap G) sent me documents stating two important comments below. The first comment points to myself, the second points to the limo driver.

So sorry for taking video off line while waiting for insurance and CHP report and for not being responsive.
applejax, no carpool, no limo broken down, it was just an excuse. After telling his story to a CHP he drove off on the regular toll lane on the left as he was intended to in the first...
Hi Ivan_13, I bought the ones in the video from Amazon and installed them last year. They were fine to me. The package came with both front and rear pads. Hope it is helpful.

You are welcome, SurfJunkie. The helmet cam I use made by Contour. It is a good idea to ride with a helmet cam because it also helps me to stay legal while riding. 14K in a year is a lot for just commuting. I commute about 60 miles a day just about the same miles per year as yours.
Good idea FastFreddy, to have all the good tools to make the job easier.
Note** I actually posted this video on 2/10/2013. I think recovering from the crash took away my good memory... oh well.
My 2009 FZ6R before and after
My baby 'before' and 'after' the February 6th crash :(
Notice the front forks were bent from the impact. The fairing crushed.
I still cannot get over it. But as all our friends here said that at least I am OK, the bike can always be replaced.
Thank you, Applejax. I am fully recovered now. Yes, I have my camera on 99% of the time during all my ride, especially morning and evening commute to/from work. I actually feel naked without it.
Nastybutler, I'll look around for the 'How-To' sub forum. But please feel free to move it. I'm kind of new and still learning my way around - Thank you.
SurfJunkie. I've been commuting to work on I-80 to/from San Francisco for almost 3 years, rush hours are the most dangerous time to ride in my opinion. Carpool cheaters cut in and out as they know all the middle freeway spots where CHPs would park and wait.
Thank you, I am blessed with good...
I see from the current polls that most everyone in this forum do your own oil change.

However, I made this video several months back I may as well post it for a few people who may benefit from it -- Thank you.
Yes, it may be possible to swerving out of the line of fire to the right, but at those few seconds it probably was just my reaction to brake instead. And I did not check the traffic on my right as I was merging onto the left lane ready to pass all slower traffic on my right. So I probably...
Fizzer6R, I was told that someone did that a couple times and got enough money to buy a condo?! What a shame. These kind of scams cause the insurance fees to go up.
Yes, me too. I leave more space/distance to have more time to stop.
A situation like this often shows truth about people.
However, I think there was a momentum behind a 12 mph. My white FZ6R forks were bent back badly.
