Alot of cruisers have stiff limited suspension travel, combined with your legs out front, your butt and spine can get hammered on rough back roads as well as the expansion joints. Dual sports and variants of that design which put your body upright, legs under you to help take your body weight...
Ive only been in one rain storm so far, blasting down I95 and my v35's stayed dry. Liners arnt necessary, but I find it easier just to pack the liners(mine are from a different bag but fit close enough) and throw them in the Givi's when I get there I just pull the liners. But I always leave the...
2 weeks on the fuel shouldn't be an issue, but if it was old/or dirty before you got it your shelf life drops too.
Our area switched to the 10% ethanol blend a couple years ago and what I have noticed is the fuel ages quickly, this is based on the following:
Our daughter races a kart with a...
Anybody have a set of stock bars that they could measure? I think it would be easier than trying to guesstimate what mine are measuring around the controls.
I'm looking to either try barbacks alone, or possibly replace the bar with aluminum bars in an offset that would be equal to stock bars +...

Quit waiting, if this helps any, our last trip called for a chance of shower, we hit driving rain, the bags kept my...
We skipped the ride since it was raining where we were headed. So I took off this afternoon for a hour ride on some back roads with a few steady 60mph sections. The vibe's were better than before, but there's still room for improvement. I'll swap out the Driven Grippy grips for the Pro Grip...

Heading out for a 2hr ride to breakfast in the morning, let's see if this fixed the vib issue.
Im interested as well.
The 17t came in today, but im planning on synching the throttles this Sat, then heading out Sunday for a 4hr ride, if they were off i'll wait on changing the gear until I get back. I also picked up some Pro Grip 699's to compare to my Driven Grippy grips.
That sucks, you got a ton of time in that ride, it would be a shame to let some jacka$$ push you into parting with it. If the cash is there, make it better...
