I don't know about the YES warranty, but most manufacturer warranties don't cover fork seals, as they're considered a "consumable" like brake pads and tires.

FWIW the new 2013 ST3 (and Daytona) have both a fuel gauge and a gear indicator. While it's nice, I don't really miss the fuel gauge that much, as I just use one of the trip meters. That and the low fuel light do a good job of keeping me informed of when to fuel up.

I swear by Sidi's but I know a lot of guys love the A* boots. The Pumas are great too based off what guys who have them say, but one knock on them is that replacement parts are really hard to find, whereas the A* parts are pretty ubiquitous.

You're not supposed to chop the throttle. Meaning don't let completly off. And definitely don't hit the brakes. The correct way is to either ride it out at a steady throttle, or let off slowly. That's a hard thing to do when your fear instinct is to chop the throttle. So it's something to...
