Way oversimplified for what they do in Illinois at least. I had to give my Drivers License #, Name, DOB, Address, a bunch of questions if I was a legal US citizen and to see if I was a crazy person or not, along with a background check through the state police. Then had to wait 3 days to pick...

You also can get post ban automatics, but you have to go through all the hoops to become in possession of a Class 3 dealer license if I'm not mistaken, which is also a ton of money lol;)

I don't condone running from the cops, but to be honest, he should have stayed in the group and waited for them to pull them all over (which who knows if that would have happened) instead of getting singled out.
