If you would 'settle' for the Yamaha manual, I have seen it in PDF format on line, for free, for download... if no one has the Haynes available... :) Good luck either way. (I have a printed copy of the Yamaha manual, and the PDF to do quick searches).

For parts information, one of the best sources are the Yamaha parts lists and exploded diagrams that most of the major parts deals have online. You can look at parts / assemblies, and figure out the parts, part numbers, and search on line for them at the lowest prices. Search for genuine Yamaha...

Power Commander to modify the fueling to match exhaust...

Just the fuel rail, unless the air vent or overflow accidentally get fuel in them, they are the other two lines... have a rag handy when / if you disconnect them, as sloshing around during removal often splashes gas into those lines. :)
