You are right, weren't the Dunlops, were the Michelin Pilot Road 2 lol:), did that with touring tires, and never a dull moment. Had 30/32 psi front/rear to get a bigger contact patch and more heat into them faster.

:) Well the answer is complicated! No, I shouldn't use the clutch for upshifting, but I did. This past Sat had my second trackday, at Autobahn Country Club, I was much better, way smoother, no clutch for upshifting, downshifting went well...so smooth in fact that in the last session I dragged...

Just received part of my credentials from USAC, still not sure if my new job will allow me to go for the whole event, if not, I will be there Sat and Sun for sure.
