Got one on my '09 and love the look. Came in handy today when I had to cross a river of water across the road 4 times and kick up crap and mud. :)

I noticed the same thing. But have decided to live with it.

I get so many great comments driving the pearl white with purple, silver and black decals. I am a guy and think the color is unique and interesting and rare. Glad I got it white.

I think lane splitting is fine when done appropriately and safely. I only do it in heavy traffic and slowly through the lanes. When do it at speed that is a safety violation and is more like weaving than splitting. Just my two cents.

A chick bike just because of colors? seriously. I actually bought the color scheme because it was different. I get tons of compliments on the bike. Would like to find some gear to accent the purple. It's just different and different is good.

I am reading to get ideas too. Some stuff learned here got me towards doing my Puig Fender and such. I like reading real people's encounters with the bik. I have the same one as you and love it so much.

I did the carbon fiber ones and they are nice on the white bike. I did the brushed steel for the tank grip however. I know mix and match.

I love my Rev'It gear. Two liners to zip out and zips to the pants when I want to. Manufactured Skin rocks. I also love my Dainese G Star Racing white and black jacket. Rode 200+ miles in it today and it really was comfortable for all temperatures.

Getting mine tomorrow. Once installed pics will be posted. Very excited. :)

Cyclists in SF are awful. They want all the rights and none of the rules.

I just ordered this Puig unit myself. Not sure if I will self install or have shop do it yet. I love the look and can't wait to see it on my bike.

Glad you are ok. June 6 I went off a corner and through a fence on my 2006 FZ6. Totalled the bike and $80k in hospital and $25k for airlift. 2 days in ICU and 4 total in hospital. Nothing broken. Clothes ruined. Clavicle out of alignment and that is taking work to move. Lev 3 spleen injury and...

I pulled the seat off for a cowling. Keep toolkit and lock there. Need to keep registration there in baggie. Good idea.
