I've got two pups, a Queensland Heeler, Roo, and a chestnut Shar-Pei, Gustav. They have very different personalities, but are both very cool dogs. I didn't intend to get a Shar-Pei, but he found me. He was abandoned, and when I found him he was around 2-3 weeks old and in very bad shape...
Scarlett O'Hara leaves Tara and visits a relative in New York City. Never having been a big city, she's amazed by how different life up there is from the plantation that her father owns. After a month of being up north, she returns home with all kinds of stories. One afternoon, on the veranda...
I feel for the person's family, but also appreciated the irony of it. When I took the MSF course, my recollection is that 82% of all helmet impacts occur in the chin area. I cringe when I see people with those helmets that just cover the top of the head. The idea of not wearing a helmet is...
It's pretty interesting so to see what everyone has for hobbies.
There's a lot of photography enthusiasts here. While I'm an amateur at it,
I'm striving to get better. My camera is an Olympus e-30 dSLR

and a Sigma...

My EDC is a Kahr CW9 9mm with 147 Gr Gold Dot JHP. It's a great little pistol, a little snappy, but smooth trigger. Love the M&P's, but even the compact M&P is chunky compared to the CW9. Had a SA EMP that I never could get to feed reliably, but it was a work of art.
That's good info. I used the same technique when I lived in Houston. It generally does work. In any event, I would fight it, too. If the registration was only could for 2 months, the amount paid should have been pro-rated. Good Luck!
Beer: Guinness, Chimay, Shiner Bock, Turbo Dog
Hard Liqour: not often, good single malt once in a blue moon
Wine: Cabernet Sauvignon, Haute Medoc and Margeaux
I'd read somewhere that Yellow's are purported to be faster. Not sure how that could possibly be true. Anyway, the bike is plenty fast for me. Moving from the GS500F to this one is truly night and day. It really is pure magic.
